Our Process: How do you become our client?

When we start to work with you and your business, our aim is to provide support and assistance appropriate to your needs. We prioritise your business. Whether your requirements are general bookkeeping, accounts payable, receivable or payroll. We will listen to you, provide guidance as needed and introduce the necessary support.

Step 1.

The first step is to book in for a 60-minute consultation. In the consultation we discuss where you are now and in which direction you would like to head; what is critical right now and what are your plans for the future of the business.


Step 2.

The next step is to provide a health check reporting on your current system. This is a data driven exploration carried out by one of our specialists. We isolate the areas for improvement and what needs to happen to get the financial side of the business where it needs to be.


Step 3.

Next, we prepare a proposal for you. We will outline what services we recommend for the business, the transition process and next steps.


Step 4.

We provide fixed price proposal for you.
